CAN I ORDER A BESPOKE PIECE?

Bespoke pieces are exclusively available for our customers and start from £1,000 (one thousand pounds). Please fill in Contact Us form with your request, and we will provide you with the quote for your work and the time frame needed for the production. Please bear in mind that bespoke pieces are non-refundable.

CAN I HAVE ENGRAVING ON THE PURCHASED JEWELLERY?

Engraving is available with the additional cost and limited text capacity. Most of our Celestial and Anomaly necklaces, Celestial and Anomaly bracelets and contemporary rings are suitable for the inside or outside engraving. Please Contact Us if you are considering an engraving and provide your preferred text. We will then be able to asses is it feasible to be made and advice you on the finalised decision. Please bear in mind, that engraved pieces are non-refundable and engraved rings cannot be resized.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY PURCHASED JEWELLERY?

Remove your jewellery when cleaning, showering, doing exercise, applying cosmetics, perfume, lotion, hair products and other chemical substances. Try not to keep your jewellery together with other items to avoid scratching and always use your complimentary ZYDRUNE polishing cloth to keep jewellery nice and shiny.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

As every jewellery piece is carefully crafted by a hand, please allow up to 2 (two) weeks for the production. You will be informed via email when your purchase is ready to be shipped. Items that are made to order, such as bespoke pieces will have a different time frame which will depend on the complexity of the work.

MY ORDERED JEWELLERY HAS ARRIVED FAULTY. WHAT DO I DO?

In the unlikely event of your order arriving faulty, as a result of negligent handling, please Contact Us to report about the problem. We will issue a new item to you at our own expense, or you will be fully refunded. In both cases, we will need to receive a faulty item back for inspection.

DO I NEED TO PAY DUTIES ON MY ORDER?

If you are placing an order form outside the UK or EU, you might be asked to pay additional costs associated with import fees to your country. Negligence in doing so might result in your parcel not being delivered and sent back to us.

WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?

Bespoke and customised Celestial and Anomaly jewellery items, as well as earrings, cannot be returned for personalisation and hygiene reasons.
