CAN I ORDER A BESPOKE PIECE?

Of course! Bespoke pieces are exclusively available for our customers and start from £1,500 (one thousand fife hundred pounds). Please fill in Contact Us form with your request and we will provide you with the quote for your work and the time frame needed for the production. Your bespoke jewellery process will involve a close communication with the designer herself. Followed by authentic hand drawn sketches, tailored to your most precious needs, and exclusive handmade production in London. Bespoke service is a perfect opportunity to receive a unique high-end jewellery, designed to treasure your most memorable moments forever.

CAN I HAVE ENGRAVING ON THE PURCHASED JEWELLERY?

Engraving is available with the additional cost and limited text capacity. Most of our handmade rings, bracelets and other high-end ZYDRUNE jewellery items are suitable for the inside or outside engraving. Please Contact Us if you are considering this service and provide your preferred text, drawing or a family crest. We will then be able to assess your request and advice you on the finalised decision. Therefore, we will help you to choose which engraving is best for your needs: hand engraving or laser.

The price of ZYDRUNE jewellery engraving starts from £50 (fifty pounds). Complimentary re-polishing service is also provided by the designer.

Additionally, all our jewellery items come with the Hallmark, which is a legal requirement for anyone trading in the U.K.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Most of ZYDRUNE handmade orders take up to 2 (two) weeks to complete. You will be informed via email when your purchase is ready to be shipped. Additionally, you can check order progress on My Account section or email info@zydrune.com for any order related queries. Items that are made to order, such as bespoke pieces, will have a different time frame. Bespoke jewellery items, depending on the complexity of the order, might take 6-8 (six to eight) weeks to complete. If you need your order sooner, please Contact Us and we will try our best to meet your deadline.

Every single ZYDRUNE jewellery item is fully handcrafted in the U.K. From the first stage of developing product, to the final steps of making jewellery. The aim of ZYDRUNE is to provide an exclusive and high-end jewellery service by keeping craftsmanship and ethical making at the forefront of the production.

I CANNOT FIND MY FINGER SIZE IN YOUR RING SIZE OPTIONS. CAN ZYDRUNE MAKE A RING FOR MY SPECIFIC SIZE?

Of course! If you are unable to find the right size for your preferred ring or other jewellery, please Contact Us for the assistance. We will be more than happy to make smaller or bigger sizes, depending on your needs. Smaller size rings will remain the same price as per our website, whereas bigger sizes than what we offer will be slightly more expensive.

DOES ZYDRUNE HAVE A SHOWROOM WHERE I COULD TRY MY JEWELLERY?

If you would like to try ZYDRUNE jewellery prior buying, we would recommend to arrange an appointment with the designer. Simply Contact Us through our online form with the details of your request. Designer will be happy to meet in central London at the most convenient date. As a result, providing you with a unique opportunity to discuss your needs and try different jewellery products from the hands of the maker. Additionally, ZYDRUNE jewellery is also available to view at Wolf & Badger store in King’s Cross St. Pancras. Click here for the full address of the shop. If you, on the other hand, are unable to make it to London, we can also send you videos of our jewellery and show you how it looks when worn.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY PURCHASED JEWELLERY?

Remove your jewellery when cleaning, showering, doing exercise, applying cosmetics, perfume, as well as lotion, hair products and other chemical substances. Try not to keep your jewellery together with other items to avoid scratching. Additionally, do not hesitate to Contact Us for a professional polishing or re-plating. Hence, always use your complimentary ZYDRUNE polishing cloth to keep your high-end jewellery nice and shiny.

MY ORDERED JEWELLERY HAS ARRIVED FAULTY. WHAT DO I DO?

In the unlikely event of your order arriving faulty, as a result of negligent handling by post, please Contact Us to report about the problem. Please provide photographs and descriptions, as they will help us to identify issue faster and speed up the process of assessment. We will be more than happy to offer you a repair, brand new item, or a full refund, at our own expense. In all cases, we will ask you to send a faulty item back for inspection.

DO I NEED TO PAY DUTIES ON MY ORDER?

If you are placing an order from outside the UK or EU, you might be asked to pay additional costs associated with import fees to your country. Negligence in doing so might result in your parcel not being delivered and sent back to us. All the additional costs in most cases are not significant and by far none of our customers had any difficulties in proceeding.

WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?

Bespoke and customised ZYDRUNE jewellery items, as well as earrings, cannot be returned for personalisation and hygiene reasons. Please bear in mind, that engraved pieces are also non-refundable.
